Super Telnet Admin (OLD)[]
Super Telnet Admins are above Superadmins and can remotely access the server via Telnet. They have access to all Superadmin commands and also have the ability to stop the server, close the server so that only admins may join, and broadcast server messages. The STA rank has been merged with SA and turned into one rank "Admin".
